Job description
This leading insurance provider is currently in search of an experienced Senior Project Manager to spearhead a significant digital transformation initiative. As part of this endeavour, they are launching a Cloud Enablement Program aimed at reshaping their technology landscape. The primary goal is to migrate their digital systems to the enterprise AWS cloud platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in migrating on-site data and applications to a secure cloud-based environment, with a specific focus on leveraging expertise in data warehouse and data lake management.
- Drive the design and execution of a new data platform, concentrating on enhancing data and analytics capabilities within the cloud environment.
- Foster close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of the Cloud Enablement Program.
- Coordinate with executive stakeholders to ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in managing cloud migration projects, particularly emphasising proficiency in data warehouse and data lake migration.
- Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services, especially those pertaining to data management and analytics.
- Strong proficiency in stakeholder management, enabling effective engagement with both executive leadership and technical teams.
- Preferred Prince2 Certification
